かなり紹介が遅れてしまいましたが、昨年末に出た林秀静先生の新刊です。
生まれ日から五行の旺衰を測り、それに合わせた月々・日々の食材を提案する…というコンセプトは以前の本と同じなのですが、日記帳に開運Ｔｉｐｓをプラスした形式になっており、実用的です。
基本的には占いにそれほど造詣のない女性向けですが、八字に心得のある人は、自分なりに考えながら使うと、いろいろ役に立ちそうですね。
私は料理が殆ど出来ないので外食オンリーなのですが、メニュー選びの参考にさせてもらおうと思います（笑）

I used to be questioning what is up with that bizarre gravatar??? I know 5am is early and I’m not trying my finest at that hour, but I hope I don’t seem like this! I might however make that face if I’m asked to do 100 pushups. lol
